Whiting’s Neck Farm Estates is a quiet, secluded, private equestrian community located on the Potomac River and on one of the few deep water, boatable sections upstream from Georgetown.

All our homes sit on large, wooded 5+ acre lots.  Our residents enjoy equestrian activities at our Whiting’s Neck Equestrian Center, boating, kayaking, biking along the C&O Canal, and exploring Antietam Battlefield.  Also located close by is historic Shepherdstown, the Appalachian Trail and Harper’s Ferry.
